These standard flies are tied on Umpqua’s Competition Jig Hook (C400BL) and our new Tungsten Slotted Beads (they are HEAVY).
Much of the competition crowd is using this very hook much more frequently. They ride snag–free and have been proven to be very, very sticky, important when fishing in the “Worlds” when lost fish are a disaster.
